INSURANCE POLICY & COVERS
All cars include mixed insurance covering damages that may happen in the company’s car and to third parties. Also coverage is provided for occupant and driver, vehicle theft and fire damages. The lessee’s liability for own damages is limited to the amount of the exemption amount of €500 (paid at the beginning of the lease). In case of an accident for which the lessee is not responsible, he shall not bear any costs.
FREE EXTRAS & OFFERS
Although all of our fleet cars are state-of-the-art and fully equipped, we make every effort to meet every special need of our customers. Upon request and free of charge, we can equip the car with child seat, navigation device (GPS) and much more. Our car fleet consists of vehicles with either automatic or serial gearbox. All cars come with air conditioning (A/C) and sound system, while our premium models are equipped with many extras such as navigation, heated seats, cruise control, etc.. DRIVER’S AGE
The minimum driver age allowed is 23 years and the maximum is 75 years.
DRIVING LICENSE
Renters must hold a valid driving license, issued at least two years in advance.
PENALTIES AND ADMINISTRATIVE SANCTIONS
Possible fines, tickets and administrative penalties stemming from the violation of the Greek Traffic Law during the rental period are fully and exclusively charge the renter of the vehicle.
FUEL POLICY
Fuel is always paid by the renter. The car must be returned with the amount of fuel it had at the time it was initially picked-up by the renter.
RENTAL TIME & DRIVING DISTANCE
The minimum lease time is 24 hours. For a delay of more than one hour on the return of the vehicle, the lessee is charged with 50% of the following day cost. The maximum usage limit of our vehicles is 100 km on average per day of lease. If this limit is exceeded, the lessee will be charged with 0.15€ per additional kilometer.
PAYMENT & TAXES
The rent is paid upon receipt of the car by cash or credit card.
Prices listed in this website do not include VAT.
DELIVERY & PICK-UP
In addition to receiving the vehicle from our company’s site, we provide delivery / collection solutions to / from Thessaloniki’s “Makedonia” SKG airport, train stations, hotels in the wider area of Serres and nearby cities and counties as well (possible additional charge, please contact us).
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our company will do our best to have the vehicle you want at the best price, the day and time you requested. If you decide to cancel your reservation or not arrive to pick up your vehicle the day and time agreed, please let us know as soon as possible.
INSURANCE POLICY
All our vehicles have mixed insurance which limits the lessee’s liability for own damages, up to the amount of the exemption of € 500 (paid at the beginning of the lease). Car insurance does not cover:
- driving in off-road conditions,
- drivers who were not listed in the contract,
- damages caused by the use of alcohol, drugs or medicine,
- damages to the interior of the car.
LIMITATIONS OF USE
The use of a leased vehicle shall not be permitted in the following cases:
- transport of prohibited and dangerous products
- transport of people for a fee
- learning to drive, even without money
- towing or transporting other vehicles
- after an accident or damage
It is forbidden to move the car outside the country borders or to load it on a ship without the written approval of our company.
If the vehicle does not operate, the company is obliged to provide another vehicle with the similar characteristics. In case of damage, accident, vandalism or theft the lessee is obliged to:
- call the police,
- contact our company and
- get a copy of relative papers from police and insurance company.
RESERVATION POLICY
Regarding the booking process through our website, the prices quoted on our site may be indicative. Our final financial offer for the services you require depends on the duration of the lease and will be made available to you after we have received your booking request.
